ryzen 5 1600 + 1060 3gb

Just bought a new pc, and i'm a little curious about performance.

how well would a msi 1060 3gb perform in 1080p with:
Ryzen 5 1600
g.skill ripjaws V 16gb 3200Mhz
asus b350-plus

And also, i'm using a TV screen 1368x768 with 100hz. Should i, and would it be worth it, upgrade to a monitor?

If you already bought it, test. Will do fine in most games with ultra, especially you have 768 resolution. Upgrade or not depending on you. If you think 768p looks fine, you don't need to. Otherwise, 75Hz 1080p monitor is good to have.

Your performance should be great at such low resolutions. Just crank up the settings to the highest.
