Question Ryzen 5 1600 + 1070?

Currently looking to upgrade my gaming system so that i can accommodate my 1440p monitor, I’ve got about 500 dollars to spend so should i go with a 1070? are there any other cards you guys would reccommend?

The RTX 2060 would be a good choice for 1440P (60hz?) as well but for $500 there's also the 2070. Both of these GPU's perform better then the 1070.

Don't really have a choice lol 1080ti is getting hard to find but if you can grab one. 2070 is around a 1080. I get like 80fps at 1440p with my 1080. Least grab a 1070ti or better for 1440p

The only way I'd see a 1070 being a worthwhile purchase is if you can get it for less then the price of a 2060 and there's none new in that range on PCPer.

There's also the Vega 56 which is a bit better then the 1070 and AMD is giving away the Division 2 Gold Edition ($99) & World War Z (34.99) which is a great deal if you don't have those games.
