[SOLVED] Ryzen 5 1600 "AF" throttling

Hi, I tested the stability of the system via Prime95. I found that after 10 minutes of testing, my CPU decreased from 100% to 97% load and the speed to 3.100Mhz But the temperatures showed that they were fine.

CPU: 71c
VRM 60c

If I remember correctly, that behavior is from an unstable overclock...

That, or you didn't clean install Windows when you changed motherboards, after which you install the mobo drivers.
