I need help with the mobo( I want to OC the CPU), a nice cpu cooler($50 range) a resonable PSU and compatible case.

Here is a build. You know the Hyper 212 EVO is still kicking. Really nice PSU with enough power to overclock and upgrade. Mobo should be good for OC'ing without breaking the bank.
