I plan to get AMD Ryzen 5 1600. Which motherboard should I choose under 10k.
I have shortlisted ASUS PRIME B350M PLUS. But I hear it is not posting sometimes straight out of the box, but with BIOS update it may be fixed. Please advice.
Also I plan to get a corsair vengeance lpx ddr4 8gb ram (red colour one) with this. But I also hear that ryzen processor are not always doing well with ram of all frequencies. So which one should I get. I don't plan to overclock or play games too heavy, but may be in weekends. ( I also plan go buy a gtx1050ti or 1060).
Also is the corsair vs650 power supply good for this build?

Any mobo with B350 or X370 should do. What is the best for under 10K, well it's hard to tell without knowing your currency.
For your ram, get a 2x4 GB 3000MHz kit so it will run in dual channel mode and also Ryzen benfit a lot from faster ram.
That PSU is a low quality unit. Get a better quality unit. Also you don't need 650w for your system. 450w is enough or go 550w to make it more future proof if you plan to upgrading your GPU in the future. Examples of good quality PSU could be Corsair RMx series or EVGA G2 series.

@Kasper Jorgensen..I am from India, so mg currency is INR. So then I will get the Asus prime b350m plus motherboard. I plan to get 16gb of ram within 1 year(so now I am going to get a 8gb one then another one later). Please suggest me a good enough 8gb ddr4 ram (if possible of CORSAIR). Also will this build of mine work with my existing 450W psu(I am not buying the graphics card now, may be after 2-3 months, because of financial issues) ? If not then suggest if I should get a 650W or 550W ?
If possible then share some links to products(ram, psu, graphics card).
Thanks in advance for your opinion.

For PSU a Corsair RM550x or EVGA G2 550w are both good quality units.
For ram, even you buy 8 GB now and then buy another 8 GB of exact same kind are giving a risk of compatibility issues. It will probably work but just note there is a risk doing it this way. The Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000MHz CL15 is a good RAM that will work with most if not all mobos.

Note that i selected both a ram kit and a single stick. Also note the single stick is at a slower speed as it doesn't seem Corsair have a single stick at 3000MHz.
You will loose some performance with the slower stick as Ryzen benfits from the faster clock speed and also taking the risk that it will not work properly when you add another stick.
Another and better option would be to get a 2x4 GB kit now

@Kasper Jorgensen....Thanks for your opinion.
So if I get 2x4 GB ram now, then after a time if I need to upgrade to 16gb of ram, what are my options? Can I get another 2x4 ddr4 ram of the same clock speed (3000MHz).
So then I will have 4x4 ddr4 ram, would that be a good idea?

That looks fine.
