[SOLVED] Ryzen 5 1600 cooling question

I'm giving a friend a ryzen 5 1600 I'm no longer using but I'm unsure of which coolers to give him

Currently I have on hand:

• Ryzen 5 1600's stock cooler
• ryzen 9 3900x stock cooler I have no need for
• corsair h55 (120mm aio)

I'd assume the AIO but its around ~3 years old, I dunno how long these things last for.

I wanted to give him the AIO and a stock cooler as a back up but the two questions I have are is a 120mm aio sufficient enough for a ryzen 5 1600 and would the cooler the 3900x comes with be a better cooler for that processor than the stock 1600 one?

The AIO worked for the 1600 when I used it but I never really put all that much load on the processor.

the 3900x comes with the wraith prism cooler. the 1600 with the wraith stealth. the wraith prism is much bigger and better than the wraith stealth.
