Ryzen 5 1600 default voltage

I recently build a rig with this processor and in the bios i noticed that the voltage fluctuates from 1.38 to 1.42V.I know this is due the core performance boost enabled.Are these numbers normal?Seems a bit high to me.I disabled the core perfomance boost and the numbers dropped to 1.12-1.24V but it stays stable at 3.2 GHz.

1.42 is a bit on high side for standard frequency but very much depends on MB and BIOS, they are the ones that control voltages.

They are all set at default.

Check for new BIOS, my old one was pushing voltage to 1.5v at turbo but now doesn't go over 1.35v.

Everything is up to date.The only way to drop the voltage is by disabling the core perfomance boost.Temps are normal tho.
