So I build a ryzen 5 1600 @ 3,7Ghz , 1.35V rig using ASUS b350 prime plus runnin latest bios 0609, 16Gb 3200mhz ram @ 3000mhz 14-14-14-30, GTX 1060 and EVGA Supernova 550 G3.

What I have noticed is that the screen freezes for 10-30 seconds sometimes. Can't move mouse or write. (when I write while screen is freezing the screen don't update, but when the screen starts to update again, what I wrote while freezing appears.)
Don't know what can be the problem, this is also a problem with all stock settings for CPU and RAM. I have run memtestx86 (will run again with more passes) and AIDA64 stess test for some hours, and system is stabile. But still I get theese freezes -.-

What is wierd is that while gaming (crysis 3 and CS:GO, I haven't gotten any freezes...)

Any help will be appreciated.

I am having the same issue with a 1500x and the AX370 gaming K5 board. Fresh install of windows 10, tried updating bios and drivers, nothing works. I haven't even gotten a chance to try and overclock it yet because I can't figure this out.
As a side note, when I'm running nothing but the internet, the CPU is reaching almost 60 degrees according to Ryzen Master software, but randomly fluctuates as low as 35.
