Ryzen 5 1600 Lottery Winner

I believe I have a winner. Ryzen 5 1600 sitting at 4.1 Ghz 1.3875volts stable. Passed the intelburn test so far with no errors. Gonna try prime95 next for some giggles. Not sure really how to use prime though or what to look for but well see what happens.

Getting here was difficult. There is an issue with B350-F bios where even while disabled EPU stays on.

Your motherboard/Bios revision and RAM play a huge factor in getting past 4ghz, I know someone is going to chime in and say RAM doesn't effect O.C but that is just wrong on Ryzen. I have hit 4.1ghz on every chip I have tried on my Tachi/Flare combo the limiting factor has been the EVO. 3.85V-4.1V from 4-4.2ghz has been what I have been seeing and I have done it on a 1200/1300x/1400/1500x/1600/1600x and 2600X.

the funny thing here is my ram is bad. I cant even overclock it from 2400. not sure why board just doesn't like it.
