Ryzen 5 1600 low performance

For some reason i get from what i can tell lower performance than my i5 6500 in games such as
Napoleon total war
Mount and blade warband
Rising storm red orchestra 2
I have a gtx 1060 6gb and like i said, a r5 1600. Any explaination for this low performance and is there a fix?

The i5 are better than Ryzen in many games, especially the more lightly threaded ones where single thread performance rules supreme.

Yes in older games, you won't get much utilisation of the Ryzen multicores and multithreads.

But in general, make sure that you have all the drivers updated. Especially, make sure you have your BIOS updated.

I have all those things. S*** i mostly play those games :/
