Question Ryzen 5 1600 not Overclocking

I went into the Bios on my MSI motherboard and changed the core voltage to 1.350v and my clock ratio to 3800mhz and I disabled cool n quiet after I saved and booted back up it said in CPU-Z the multiplier is at 34 and my clock is at 3400mhz so i tried stress testing with aida64 and prime 95 but then my clock goes back to 3200mhz and stays there i tried overclocking in Ryzen master too but still shows 3400mhz clock

Graphics card: Msi GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11 GB GDDR5X
Cpu: Ryzen 5 1600 6 core CPU with stock cooler
SSD: ADATA SP920SS ATA 120GB
HDD: Western Digital WD30EZRZ 3TB Blue
PSU: Antec-750 watt Gold

You can't OC on the 320 chipset...Sorry.

Yes it is , you need at the least B450 BOARD.
