Ryzen 5 1600 Only Using One Core?

So I built my computer a few months ago and just realized it's only using a single core. According to Task Manager, it's only using one core and one logical processor.

Any ideas? I'm using an MSI B350 Tomohawk motherboard and I've not done any overclocking.

Are you saying in task manager all cores are there, just only first core + thread are being used? Or are you only seeing two graphs instead of 12?

Because usage and actual core counts can be different potential issues.

Check msconfig.

Type msconfig in windows search bar then go,
Msconfig > Boot > Advanced options.

Can either check number of processes or if it's somehow checked already, uncheck it.
I looked in the Bios, and I didn't see any option. The closest thing I saw was a downcore option, which I turned on four cores (2+ 2, specifically) but that just made my computer choppier and when I checked task manager again it still said just one core.
