Ryzen 5 1600 stuck on 1,36GHz if trying to oc

There is a problem with my Ryzen 5 1600 CPU, as I am unable to overclock it with bios, if I try to increase the multiplier it will downclock itself to 1,36GHz. I haven't found a solution, other than leaving multiplier to auto so it goes to base clock speeds, but I would like to overclock heavily. Also windows power plan is set to high performance and bios is up to date. If anyone has solution please tell me as I am helpless.

How would that help, there's only how to overclock guide.

I don't know I am not familiar with OC, maybe try resetting BIOS?

Try with different bios version, some versions have bugs with overclocking

Reset BIOS. Try your luck with Ryzen Master. Also, disable Cool'n'Quiet or any equivalent power saving

Keep temps below 80c, voltage below 1.400v. Post full specs when asking for advice to clear confusions.
