Hey guys! i have recently got a brand new Ryzen 5 1600 processor + Gigabyte A320M-HD2 and a R9 270x MSI wich is dying i guess, sometimes when i`m playing , some artifact appear.
When i installed Windows 10, about 4 weeks ago , i checked the cores and threads (6+12), Updated all drivers and did every stuff.
The setup was working fine , but sometimes ,when i was playing and even when i wasn`t playing ,
my pc stuttered for 1 second both audio and video.. that bothered me and i searched for people with same problems. No results..
Well , today , i was playing and noticed that my threads number changed. From 12 to 6 , i don`t know why, but i guess that occoured after i install AMD Chipset Drivers for Ryzen. Ok . i thought, im losing my CPU power here and gonna do a clean windows 10 install.

I did , but it still with 6 threads , even using CPU-Z software..

Can someone help me? :) Thanks!

Solution
Theres some strange files on your hdd

MpKslb24796f6.sys, MpKslad2c349f.sys, MpKsla0175076.sys

Altho a few sites say they're windows defender files. So they maybe safe
I uninstalled my graphic cards from R9 270x and its normal now, it shows 6 cores and 12 threads , i tried everything , Bios reset, fresh windows , everything, and that was my problem :/.
