[SOLVED] Ryzen 5 1600

Half hour in to OCCT so far and CPU will. Ot go over 59.5 degrees at 3.8Ghz overclock. Isnt the max for this chip only 3.6ghz? This is really good right? It was slowly steadily rising until about 25 mins in then it would wiggle from 59.5 degrees to 57 degrees. But that wraith spire cooler wouldn't allow that baby to even hit 60. Should I go the whole hour?

As soon as temperature stabilizes on it's maximum, it doesn't matter if it's in half an hour or whole day.
