Question ryzen 5 1600af max freqency is 3.35ghz while gaming

i have
ryzen 5 1600 af
2x8gb 3200mhz ram
a320 s2h gigabyte (with bios f41)
my cpu never goes past 3.4 even 3.35ghz while underload whether in cinebenchr20 or while gaming
it also has the same score as the non af model although i confirmed it's the af model in cpu z with the 12nm
i saw this review on hardware unboxed and i am confused it has core speed of 3.7ghz
