listen mate, at those settings you should be happy out

excellent result on the OC. At 4ghz with a 1.35 vcore thats a solid result. Temps as they are too....exceptional.
You haven't listed your stress temps, but as long as they don't go over 80, I'd be singing a song and having a dance too!
Nice OC. I'm at 3.9 on 1.35 but my cooler aint as good as yours. Its an AMD Wraith Max, and is really good. But at 3.9 i'm hitting the 80c mark, so I'm being carefull.
Your good to go
on stress test i see for couple of seconds 70-74c then it drops to 66c stable all the stres test time . so i should now worry that all cores are constantly runing 4ghz with 1.35v ? couse i saw a thread and the dude said that such core usage 24/7 damages the cpu
😀 not that i am married to this cpu but would be nice that it served me till zen refresh came out
😀
AMD recommend that you don't go above 1.42 (i think) for 24/7 use. At 1.35 you seriously don't need to worry.
If you want to be sure, and I've only just leanred this in the last couple of days (because I've the same chip, and I'm OC'ing too

) download coretemp and run. It will tell you what the stock VID is. Mine is 1.375. As long as you don't go over your VID voltage for crazy voltage you will be as safe as houses.
when you increase your vcore, you will decrese the lifespan of your CPU, that is true. But if your not going mad at 1.45v or something stupid, that decrease won't affect you. Lets say a typical CPU last for 10 years (providing you look after it, it will last that long) If you overclock by normal levels you may decrese the lifespan to 8 years. You really have nothing to worry about.
Again, just to say, you have a good solid OC at very decent voltage. Don't worry!
