Question Ryzen 5 1600x 99% usage

IDK why but my CPU usage from today is 99% always this happened after i accidently opened ~90 widows desktops, but then i closed them all. I tried restarting my PC, shutting it down and then starting it up many times, none of this worked 🙁

When i close the app that uses the most out of it, it just finds another app to suck off his power, idk why or how to fix it, is it just a windows task manager bug or there is something wrong with my CPU

My specs are:

AMD Ryzen 5 1600X at 3.8 Ghz

RAM - 16GB at 3000Hz

GPU - GeForce GTX 1050 3GB

It turned out that it was just a task manager bug, because I have another program that shows the temps and the usage, while windows was saying 99% Core Temp said 2% which is the average on idle for me
