Ryzen 5 1600x RAM problem

I had my ram running at 3200mhz easily on my first BIOS update. When I ordered my cpu, mobo, and ram I also ordered the cryorih H7. Well as some may know it doesnt come with the mounting bracket for am4. So i put my old cooler on temporarily and it worked. Today I got my bracket for it, so i went ahead and installed it. Now my pc wont boot with any memory clock over 2133mhz. While it was working fine before.

Ryzen 5 1600x
EVGA 1070 SC
G.SKILL 3200 mhz black edition (and it is built for intel platforms)
MSI B350 Tomahawk Arctic

Did you try resetting the bios then making your tweaks again?

do you mean pulling out the CMOS battery, or something else? When I load into the BIOS it shows that the RAM is at 3200mhz, but when it actually starts its only at 2133mhz. When I change it to 3200 it gets stuck in a restart loop, and i am forced to take the CMOS battery out, and change it back.
