Ryzen 5 1600x vs 1600

1600 is better bang for buck as far as I'm concerned. The 1600 comes with a heatsink, the 1600X does not. And assuming you get an X370/B350 mobo, you can just overclock the 1600 to (nearly) the same frequency as the 1600X.
