Ryzen 5 2400G 2x4GB or 1x8GB?

I'm building a budget gaming pc for my friend. His budget is under 30000INR without a GPU. So i decided to go with Ryzen APUs which is the best Integrated GPU solution we have got now. The current parts are listed below. The 30k budget is only for Processor, Motherboard & Ram. We already have a HDD, PSU and Case from his old pc.

Processor : Ryzen 5 2400G
Mobo : MSI B350M Mortar

Now the problem is "Which ram to go for". In india DRR4 Ram cost is too high. So we decided to go for total 8GB. I don't know much about dual channel rams. So if i buy 2x DDR4 4GB Ram sticks (same model, but separately) not as a kit will it work as dual channel? Or should i get a 2x4GB kit which cost double the price of 1x8GB stick? Which one is the best?

you have 4 slots so 2x4GB will be better. You can get another set later on if you need.
Just please make sure it's at least 2666 Mhz. It changes a lot and price in most cases changes just a little bit.
3000 was best speed option in most cases.

Personally 3200 is the best price/performance.
Sadly DDR4 is expensive everywhere, 2x4 is better for compatability because many people seem to have trouble buying ram later that doesn't work.

Speed: 2x4 is the better option.
Plan to have more ram with only 4 slots: 1x8 is the better option.

For home usage e.g. gaming, I think that going 2x4 is the better option.

There is another thread where someone has 1 stick of ram for his 2200g and is getting HALF the speed with his iGPU because not dual memory.
