[SOLVED] Ryzen 5 2400g bottleneck rx 470?

My build:

mobo: gigabyte ab350 gaming
gpu: xfx rx 470 4gb
cpu: ryzen 5 2400g
ram : 1x8gb 2666
memory: hdd

problem :
So I tried different games, and the main problem is that even lowering resolution and graphics options doesn't improve fps! I played final fantasy adn I get 50-60 fps on medium(1080p), I tried to put like 720p low settings just to see how many fps i would make. AAAAnd nothing , nothing changes. I don't know if it is a bottleneck situation, should I buy a r5 1600x ? I can buy it for my budget. + I tried csgo aswell and I get merely 160 fps , i was expecting 200 or more honestly on 800x600 low .

You definitely want dual channel memory in there. I'd absolutely suggest buying another 8 gig stick.
