Ryzen 5 2400g dual video+dual audio

I know that ryzen 5 apu support up to 3 monitor, but i was wondering if, with a motherboard with and hdmi and a dp port (like the rog strix b450), it can be possible to have also audio output on both the port/monitor (on the dp port using a dp/hdmi cable)

Windows can support only one audio output/source at a time.

You think It can be possibile to have the audio output on the displayport and the video in the hdmi?
I only need to send video to the tv in the hdmi and audio to the avr

Yes, you should be able to route sound thru either of them, just choose thru Control Panel > Sound.
