[SOLVED] Ryzen 5 2400G performance

Hi there. I have a ryzen 5 2400g, an msi a320m pro-e motherboard, and 2 sticks of 8gb HyperX 2666Mhz ram. But when I play gta v on 1366x768, I play on low and get around 30 to 40 fps, but, my friend also has a ryzen 5 2400g, some asrock motherboard and 8gb of 2400mhz ram, yet he claims that he plays at 1440x900 medium and has 50-60 fps. I am very confused as to why there is this performance decrease on my side. Shouldn't he have worse fps since his ram is slower?? Any help??

Just because an APU has built in graphics doesn't mean you can't still add your own graphics card. His friend may have a discrete card.

I know, I have a 3400G and run it with a rx 570. I just assumed as he never mentioned a GPU he was just using the APU.

I'd also point out that what a friend "claims" doesn't make it true. You need cold hard facts. Not what someone claims is happening.
