[SOLVED] Ryzen 5 2400g System won't post/boot

Amd Ryzen 5 2400g
MSI B350M Gaming Pro
2×8 Corsair Vengeance
Cooler Master Q300l
Thermaltake PSU
I just finished putting everything together and plugging everything in but the PC won't post or boot. All the lights turn on and the fans spin, but when I'm not getting any signal to the monitor. On the motherboard, the "CPU not detected or fail" Led is lit up on the EZ Debug LED. Also can't turn the PC off with the power button, only the switch on the back of the PSU. Can anyone help me out?

You'll probably find that your motherboard needs a bios update before you can use your 2nd gen ryzen processor. Contact AMD for a bootkit or take the motherboard to your local pc store and ask them to update it for you.

Send the board back and get a B450. A B450 will be compatible out of the box with your CPU.
