Ryzen 5 2600 cpu fan upgrade worth it?

I am getting a ryzen 5 2600 for my pc build, but I am unsure if I should use the stock cooler, as I will OC from 3.4ghz to 3.8Ghz. If I should get a new cpu fan, what one (under $20) and under 80mm should I get?

At least, try the stock cooler first.
I doubt that you can find a better cooler for anywhere $20.

What is your case?
Pay attention to case cooling.
A cpu cooler needs a good supply of air to do it's job.
