[SOLVED] Ryzen 5 2600 overclock instability

I am on day two with first pc build ever, and while trying to overclock a Ryzen 5 2600 on an Aorus Gaming 5 Wifi (rev1) x470 board, i get 3.8 Ghz, but when i go to run cinebench 20, my monitors go dark and my mouse and keyboard's lights go off, and the computer is unresponsive. The lights and fans stay on in the case, though. The only option i have at that point is to power off my computer, allbeit with the case power button. i will add pics of my bios settings below. any help?

Coolermaster MWE Gold 650 watt
Corsair Vengence Pro 2x8gb DDR4-3000
amd wraith stealth cooler
Gigabyte Rx Vega 56 gaming OC

And it was answered until you get a better cooler you won't get much of an overclock out of your CPU.
The best thing for you to do is read a Ryzen 2000 (Zen+) Series Overclocking Guide like this one:
