Ryzen 5 2600 precision boost 2 on a b350 motherboard?

Hi all, I'm making a gaming Pc https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/Ake91/saved/FvnZ8d
I'm £100 over budget at the moment so can't afford any more sadly.

So my question is the ryzen 5 2600 cpu (or maby the 5 2600x)that I have chosen has some features like precision boost 2 and such. I'm trying to find out if it will work on a b350 (first gen mobo) motherboard or if i need a x470 (second gen mobo). Amd just says they dont support it on the b350.
Does that mean precision bost 2 won't work on my ryzen 5 2600/5 2600x?
Or will it just default to precision bost 1?
Or will it work but not quite as well?

I'm not tech savy at all and this is my first home build that I'm trying to future proof for 5 years or so before I need to upgrade bits.

Sorry if this was a dumb question, it's just that I can't find a good answer, it's all also confusing me alot :/

There is really not that big if a difference between the 1600 / 2600 in most applications.

I have the Gaming k5 version of that mobo (bigger VRM heatsink / more LED / 3x PCIE slots) And it works GREAT, and it is x370.
