Looks like a satisfactory build. Should be fast.Any cooler that is AM4 compatible will work. It all depends on the cost you want to spend and the height in you case for tall air coolers, or the room in the Phanteks case for AIO liq. coolers. But I suspect either won'y be a problem in that case.

No need for a liquid cooler unless you are planning on doing extreme overclocking.
I'd recommend the Corsair CX 650 instead, but maybe something even better.
Also, the MSI B450 tomohawk is a better motherboard.

OP, I don't think the MSI is a better motherboard than the Asus. Not in my experience anyway. Put together a lot of builds over the years (decades?) and always found Asus to be one of the better choices.

I Basically have the same build but just with a b450f I’m not very satisfied tbh
