[SOLVED] Ryzen 5 2600 temps/frequency question

I just recently upgraded to a Ryzen 5 2600 from an 8350 and I'd like to know if the temps I'm getting are normal. When I'm not doing much (Firefox, Discord, Spotify, etc. open) I get around 45c, when I'm running games it maxes out at about 75c at 3.6/3.7 GHZ. When I look at the temps in the bios its around 37c. Are these temps normal? Also, I changed the power plan to have minimum processor state equal to 5% (was 90%) because my CPU was going up to 3.9 GHZ while web browsing. Everything else is stock settings.

Those are normal temps with the stock cooler.
Case air flow might help if you do not have many case fans consider one or 2 depending on case and what you have now.

Yes. I think with ryzen max temp is around 90 or 95.

Yes but those are temps it would shut down, 75c is just about border case where it might throttle down.

Ah. Then yes, it would be interesting to know what GPU the op is running, as well as what case, and how many fans.
