Ryzen 5 2600 Temps

Hello guys, I recently bought my Ryzen 5 2600 and I’ve been doing some oc testing. My question would be:
I overclocked it at 3.57 ghz and 1.25 core voltage, after 30 minutes of stress testing with aida64 I got a max temperature of 73 degrees celsius. Is that a safe operating temperature? I should mention that I am running the stock cooler.
My room temperature is 22 degrees celcius.
Can I go higher, should I go lower or leave it as it is?

73 is fine, also synthetic load temperatures are almost never realistic of the real world.
