i3 2200g ? What's that? Did you mean Ryzen 3 2200g ?
R5 2600 is 6 cores/12threads, R3 2200g is 4cores/4threads.

If your encoding software uses cpu only (not gpu) for encoding, then R5 2600 is significantly better.
