Hey guys.

I am buying an AMD 5 Ryzen 2600 and 1050. I am not a hardcore gamer nor I am playing high demanding games so with this build I will be fine I guess.

However, the first month I will buy a 4gb ram only, and then buy one more 4gb after a month or so (so total 8gb the second month).

Do you think I will be fine with a 4gb ram the first month assuming I won't be playing any games at all, and if I do, only very low demanding ones such as CSGO?

Yeah thats fine, 4gb is more than enough for windows and should be enough for a low demand game like CSGO. For assured ram compatibility it's best to buy your ram in a kit however, you will definitely want to get the same stick you already have in there when you get another 4gb but even then it's possible to have issues with compatibility.

Do you do any CPU intensive tasks? For purely gaming I would look at the ryzen 1600 as well or a lesser ryzen processor if it means you could get a 1050 ti instead.

You have to understand, having a small amount of ram, doesn't break a computer, it just makes it slow.
Not sure what or why you are asking this question unless you think 4gb will break it...
