[SOLVED] Ryzen 5 2600

So when I oc my Ryzen 5 2600 at 3.80ghz,the cpu z or HWInfo shows in games only 3.792 mhz.Is it normal?

Yes.....there are usually slight discrepancies.
Sometimes it has to do with "rounding" and "significant digits".
You are only talking 0.2% difference here.

Yes, it is normal.
I have mine set to 4 GHz (CPU multiplier is 40) but my BCLK (@ 100) shows as 99.8 MHz in Windows so 40 x 99.8 = 3992 MHz.
