[SOLVED] Ryzen 5 2600x/16gb ram or Ryzen 5 3600/8gb ram

So as you can see from my title I'm between r5 2600x/16gb ram and r5 3600/8gb ram
Current pc setup:
R3 1200
8gb ram 3000 MHz (running at 2133 because I haven't enabled xmp because it is one dimm)
Rx 570
Asrock b450 pro (ATX)
500 w Corsair

As you can see here there is a 10FPS difference between the 2 chips. There is also going to be a loss of FPS if you stay with 8GB RAM as opposed to 16GB. I'd go with the 3600, save up a bit more and get 16GB of RAM.

Whats your target FPS? 60, 100 or higher?

While that video shows the possible difference between a 2600X and a 3600 it is also using a much stronger GPU than you RX 570. I doubt a RX 570 has the power to utilise the extra performance a 3600 can offer.

There are games where 8GB is just not enough. It is not low fps that you need to worry about but stuttering when you have insufficient amount of RAM. To match with an RX570 Id pick a 2600X & 16GB RAM. If you were running a higher end GPU then you might benefit from the 3600.
