hi, i should take 1080 or 1070 ti for gaming 1080p 144hz with high/ultra settings for next years? and if i choose 1080 it wouldn't bottlenecking? sorry for my bad english, if is.

Both should be fine, 1080 is 5%~10% faster than a 1070ti, and a overclocked 1070ti can be as fast as a stock 1080, 1070ti usually offers bigger bang for the buck. Bottlenecking, like I mentioned above two will be very similar, if your system bottlenecks one, the other one will get bottlenecked as well.

Up to about a month ago I would have recommended buying a 1070 Ti over a 1080 because the 1080 was still way overpriced from miner demand. For whatever reason, the 1070 Ti pretty much stayed under the radar of the miners. However, graphics card prices in general are falling and starting to return back to normal (at least on Nvidia's side).

I'm not sure what nation you live in, but in North America (US and Canada), the 1070 Ti is now only about 10% less expensive than a 1080. Case in point, EVGA's FTW2 variants. And if you shop around, you may find that a rebate offer on a 1080 even cuts that price margin difference even less:

An aftermarket 1070 Ti like this is about 97% of the performance as a reference (stock) 1080. However, an aftermarket 1080 leaps ahead again by a larger margin. Whether or not those extra 5-10 FPS means something to you for the increased cost is up to you. I will say this though: the GTX 1080 has higher minimum frame rates than the 1070 Ti. Something critical in gaming if you are barely above 60FPS on average at say 4K resolution. I assume your 144Hz monitor is 1080p in resolution, so in your application, you likely won't notice the difference between the two GPUs much.

I think miners are holding out for Nvidia's GTX 11xx series Volta which will be coming out starting with the GTX 1180 in July. I would wait if I were you vs. buying either card right now. Rumors are that they will be a lot more powerful and use less power than Pascal. Pricing and availability however is another story when they are released.
