Ryzen 5 2600x High Vcore and idle temperature

My cpu temperature in Bios is 40
in windows without any load its some like between 50-60
with 100% stress test it doesn't exceed 75 and its good
i don't know what is the problem with my cpu idle temperature
Msi B450 Tomahawk
Ryzen 5 2600X
Msi RTX 2070 Armor 8GB
16GB ram
Gamdias m1a 240R liquid cooling
Case: TD500
Cpu is at Stock without OC "3.9" i didn't change anything in bios i think stock base is 3.6
Vcore is 1.4V i don't how i think it should be lower than this

Adjust the fan curve if the temps are that low under load it's just running the fan slower on idle. Or leave it alone as it's not going to hurt anything. Your call

If you haven't found your answer yet, try disabling your cpu boost in your bios then return to windows.
