Hi guys so here are my PC specs :
Ryzen 5 2600x
Galax gtx 1060 6GB
16gb ddr4 2666mhz
550w Corsair vs psu
Cooler master ml240r rgb liquid cooler
i have 3 case fans 1 at the rear and 2 at the top all of them are exhausting air out
and 2 of the radiator fans are put infront sucking air in
My ryzen processor runs at 65c and even peaking at 80c AT IDLE
and when i was playing dota my pc tends to restart by itself
But when im playing titles like rainbow six and watch dogs 2 my pc runs fine but i didnt look at the temps when gaming

Is it a cooler issue or my fans ?

It is probably your AIO Cooler Master failing.
You can check by holding the pipes, one should be cool and one slightly warm - if it is working correctly.
If it is not, both pipes near the cpu will be like a warm cup of tea, temperature. This means pump stopped working.

ya 1 of it is pretty warm and the other one isnt

At idle, you should see 10-15c. over ambient.
Did you remove the protective mylar from your cooler head before installing?
Can you feel the pump running?
Are the radiator fans turning?
The ryzen stock cooler is adequate. Use that if you find the aio defective.
