Question Ryzen 5 2600x stuttering

So I seem to haven a little problem with my Ryzen 5 2600x. It stutters, a very short visual and audio hick-up, if I could put it like that, happens only a couple time a day. Happens in windows and in game.

So far I've tried:

• CPU+RAM reseat
• Reinstalling windows
• Updated drivers for mobo and gpu.
• Checked CPU/GPU temps (no problem there)
• Installed OS on different drives

Specs:

• Ryzen 5 2600x no oc
• 16Gb ram Corsairs vengance 2400
• Gigabyte 470 ultra gaming
• EVGA 970 SSC SLI
• 750 W CM PSU

A friend of mine just build a pc with a ryzen 5 2600 and seems to have the same thing going on. Does anyone know what this could cause it?

What is the exact make and model of your PSU? How old is the unit? About your friend, are your specs and his identical(twins)? Which version of the OS are you on(assuming you're on Windows 10)? Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard?

2. The specs are nearly the same,

He's got a BeQuiet power zone 750, same ram but at 3000Mhz and a GTX 1660TI, he built it just last week.

Hey, i just built my new Ryzen 3600 system and I've got the same issue. I tried everything like you but nothing helped

Have you figured it out?
