Why my games i'ts are not smooth?

what re your other specs? List your full pc including ram/mobo/psu/GPU etc. Also, what games are you experiencing the issues with? Finally what resolution monitor do you have?

gtx 970
hyperx 3200mhz 1x8
X470 msi gaming plus
Psu vs650

I play new games and CS:GO

I play on full hd new games. On cs go į play 4:3 resoliuton. And i play on 144hz its benq xl2411p

Couple of things, as mdd1963 mentioned. Ram 1x 8gb, no dual channel, which gives an extra 10-20% performance in games. Plus the GTX970 has just 4gb vram, so for some AAA games that will impact. Not so much for CS:GO though. Dialing back settings might help with game smoothness, but a stronger GPU, and dual channel will most likely alleviate your issues.

Actually you can even see a 35% improvement to CPU performance going from single to dual channel memory. Definitely go to two sticks of identical RAM when possible.
