[SOLVED] ryzen 5 300 staying at 3.78ghz not fluctaiting

until I go to ryzen master and hit reset then it fluctuates speeds up to 4.0ghz and doesn't stay at 3.78

I have a Asus tuf x570 motherboard I installed those chipset AMD drivers

Are you using the Ryzen Balanced Power Plan with minimum CPU utilization set between 5 and 10 % ?

I am using amd ryzen high performance power plan

the minimum processor state is at 100%

Switch to the Ryzen Balanced Plan and set the Minimum usage to 5 to 20% if you want your CPU to idle at lower clocks.
I set mine to 10% and my Ryzen 5 2600 clocks down to 1.55 Ghz and boosts up to 4 GHz (my OC) as needed).
