Is my Ryzen 5 3500 build with stock cooling going normal if CPU idle temp 61 celcius?
Or any setting should I do for decrease this CPU temp ?
And a I read some threat, the normal CPU temp is around 40 celcius, that right ?
Thanks

No, it depends on:
-your room temps.
-the case and case airflow.
-whether or not you mounted the cooler correctly. How is the cooler mounted? With screws? Push-pins?
-if you made any changes in bios.

Thanks for reply :D
-my room temps around 28-30 C.
-the cooler mounted with screws.
-I don't made any change with the bios except ram speed.

Anything higher than 40°C at idle, I would consider extremely high unless you live somewhere that the normal ambient temperature is 30°C, and even then, it would be a bit high.
You might check to see if the CPU cooler is seated properly or if there is cooling paste applied evenly across the CPU lid.
Walgreens Listens
Even at full load, 75°C would be about normal for a low-power CPU like the 3400G running a CPU stress test with the cheap Wriath Stealth cooler. But immediately once the stress test is done the CPU should return to about 35° within one or two minutes.
If that doesn’t happen you have a problem. And with such a new CPU, the problem is most likely the thermal paste.
