Hello. I am picking parts for my future PC and I've already picked a motherboard and a cpu, the motherboard being "ASUS TUF B450M-PRO GAMING" and the CPU being "AMD Ryzen 5 3600"(not X).
This motherboard has 24 + 8 pin power to the motherboard and the CPU, and I want to know if the CPU is compatible that way. Is there any incompatibilities between the motherboard and the CPU at all?(except BIOS) Can I use GTX 1660Ti with this motherboard? What PSU(500-600W) would you recommend for these parts?

Solution
Your CPU will have no issues getting power with a motherboard with those connectors.
A 1660ti will work fine with that combo, although a GTX1660 super will offer simmilar performance for less money.

Also, just a note, your motherboard may need a BIOS update prior to using a 3600/x

This may require you to request an older CPU from AMD in order to boot the system and update bios.
Well, I am not sure this will be a problem, but do you have any recommendations on motherboards that supports the CPU, GPU and PSU out of the box, without needing to update bios or something else?
