Question Ryzen 5 3600 Idle at 4.0ghz 1.40-1.45v

I just did a new build with a B450 MSI GAMING PLUS and Ryzen 5 3600 and the title is my problem right now i dk if this is normal or not but i got ryzen master with 50C Idle and Core Temp is saying 60C Idle while on 1.4 to 1.45V and 4.0 to 4.1ghz Idle

Could someone help me out with this if this is normal or not?

You can use Windows Power Saving Plan to limit your CPU voltage and speed manually for idling/light use.

Alternatively a manual voltage offset of - .100 Volts in your BIOS should help.
I use this method with my Ryzen 2700x so it idles properly, doesn't thermal throttle in games and boosts to maximum MHZ under load.

New driver is improving behavior when idling. From my own experience...

In games it behaves similarly, tho. If it can, it will boost. So 80c is on edge but if You're using stock cooler I'd say it's normal.
