Hi I recently upgraded my build and I have noticed that even if it is idle, my core clock is at max. Also, CPU Voltages seem to jump from 1.000V to 1.381V (and sometimes 1.4V). I never did overclocking and I have already installed the right drivers (from Chipsets to GPUs). Mobo is also at the latest BIOS version (only change I did with mobo is the XMP).

PC Specs:
Ryzen 5 3600 (with Cooler Master ML120L RGB V2)
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro SL 16Gb(2x8) 3200Mhz RAM
MSI B550 A Pro
Gigabyte Gaming RX 570 4Gb
Redragon RGPS GC-PS002 600W Gaming PC Power Supply
Asus GT301 Case

I have no concerns over the temps (46c at idle, 65c-80c if gaming) since ambient temps here are quite high (around 30c-37c)

Hi Brakayer (y) and Welcome to the Forum ;)

Even at idle there are processes working in the background and the CPU will boost frequency up to 4.2GHz on a couple of Cores. Turbo Boost works automatically so you have nothing to be concerned with, enjoy your system.
