[SOLVED] Ryzen 5 3600 Overclocking

Hi everyone, I recently bought a 3600 and I've been a bit worried if my overclocks are safe. I was able to run my 3600 stable at 4.4 ghz at 1.325 volts, 4.3 ghz at 1.26 volts, and 4.15 at 1.19 volts. All passed cinebench r15 runs for a 30 min loop, and prime 95 on small ffts for 30 mins. All temps were under 80 degrees. But 4.4 had one of the workers stopped if that means anything.

I'm new to overclocking so are any of these voltages unsafe? If so what would be the best long-term overclock out of the 3? I also plan to keep this cpu for at least 3 years, but I want the best performance out of my chip (since I plan on pairing it with a 2080ti or something of that level in the future.) Thanks!

I think 1.3 could cause premature degradation but others should be able to give a solid answer.

Google Ryzen 1.3 volt over clock.

A 3600 won't bottleneck a 2080ti even at stock. Not unless games start using more than 12 threads.

If one of the workers stopped it means the CPU spit out some inaccurate calculations, which basically means its unstable. You would need more voltage, which I wouldn't strictly suggest.

Maybe keep it at 4.3ghz.

I would keep the voltage max at 1.3v, maybe up to 1.35 at maximum.

Hard to say. At 4.3 1.26v it should be fine.

I don't know how much volts would be needed for 100% stable at 4.4, so its may need a lot which may degrade the CPU
