Hello
I have a problem whit my ryzen 5 3600
its overheating like hell
idle temps are between 60-70 c
trying to game its pretty much impossible as in 10 minutes its going up to 96c and game crash whit a error ( broccoli for destiny 2)
motherboard is gigabyte b550 gaming x v2
16gb corsair vangance 3200mhz
i use the stock cooler amd wraith stealth
thermal paste its applied perfect il say , i use noctua nt-h1
my has very good air flow
i never overclock the cpu

1)Wraith Stealth or AM4 backplate not installed correctly.
2)Paste didn't make proper coverage. Because there's more than one die and they are offset from the center, it's more convenient to have the paste cover the entire IHS.
3)Gpu waste heat is overwhelming cpu cooler; the lil' Wraith does not have very high thermal capacity to deal with much more beyond the cpu.
4)Poor airflow - even though you said 'very good airflow'. If the case's side panel is tempered glass, then no, the airflow to the Wraith is not good. The Wraith is from a time when side panel vents were more common.
So one of those, or a combination of the above.

The backplate is symmetrical. Depending on IF you installed the cooler to the motherboard outside the case or inside it: I've found it's harder to do inside, and opens up the possibility of securing the backplate and 2 bars loosely to the motherboard.
IF that is loose, then it wouldn't matter how firmly the cooler was secured.

Open air gpu coolers have superior cooling capabilities over the single fan radial coolers, but at the cost of higher case ambient temperature.

Forge 100R tempered glass side panel
= Gpu is the closest 'cool air intake' for the Wraith Stealth.

Temperature spikes from .exes are normal. Things wouldn't work otherwise.

I installed outside the case and after 2 attempts to repaste the CPU I was holding the backplate whit my hand while screwing the CPU cooler
I run the pc whit no glass panel , difference was 2c

should I re-install outside the case again ?
or just to buy another cooler to see what's happening
