I've bought a new pc with Ryzen 5 3600 and GTX 2060 Super config.

Yesterday I've tried benchmarking with Cinebench R20, the score was not that high with 3200 points and boost clock was below 3.9 GHz with temperatures below 82°C.

But I figured the performance was set to Balanced and then I set it to Extreme.
This time the processor went to 4.1 GHz and max temperature I got is 100°C.

Even though the score is greatly increased now to 3700 points, I am worried about this high temperature.
What do you think, is that temp normal?? By the way, I'm using the stock cooler wraith stealth that came with the processor.

I would take it off extreme for sure. There’s nothing wrong with the cooler, it just can’t handle the high voltage that is being pushed to hit 4.1 in the stress test. During gaming you will be just fine.

Yes, during gaming I've not yet seen the cpu going past 73C, but if I'll have to see what happens if I use Adobe Premiere or something like that for video editing.
By the way, does it get damaged after certain temps?
