Question Ryzen 5 3600 temperatures spiking up.

CPU: Ryzen 3600
Mobo: ASUS PRIME B450-PLUS
Cooler: AMD Wraith Prism RGB

I've noticed that the temperatures constantly spike up and down on idle or when browsing the web. I've also noticed that the CPU gets extremely warm when gaming.

The CPU getting warm also means that the fans are ramping up ridiculously high.

Should I get a new cooler?

Note: I have to use low power mode to keep the temps at reasonable levels when gaming/idling.

Idle temps: 50C (spikes to 60 somtimes)
Gaming/load temps: 60-70

Is that normal?
