[SOLVED] Ryzen 5 3600 with 3600Mhz RAM

Okay so I've been reading a few articles about my CPU and how it can only support up to 3200 MHz RAM speeds, but I have my RAM set to 3600 MHz CL16 with XMP profile 2.0. Am I getting bad performance with the RAM set that high? I tried using the DRAM Calculator but some of the value settings in the calculator don't fully match up with the RAM setting in my bios and I had to clear CMOS in order to get back into my computer. I'm primarily a gamer, non streamer, and I haven't noticed anything strange in performance, I'm just not sure if setting the RAM speed lower is going to be better or worse. I tried searching for an answer myself but I couldn't find anything near this question.

What is the bad performance you're getting? Try to run the RAM at 3200MHz to see if you have the same bad performance.

I never said i was getting bad performance. Though I'll try to set it to 3200 and see if anything changes

If you have no performance issues leave them at 3600MHz. The sweet spot for Zen 2 CPU is 3600MHz.
